At the beginning of our cooperation, every order is placed into our internal process, which is a guarantee of the whole phase of order. Every order is completed in accordance with our internal process, to guarantee continuity of finance, terms, quality, and logistics. As is similar to known ISO.
Described points simply characterize the process of each order:
- After we receive your order we will send a confirmation, usually in one working day
- We discuss the scope of work. As an example, we talk about the PCB design, go to the complete circuit design and development, and end with the final modules
- We verify your order, whether or not the concept of your order is deliverable and can be designed, prices, time demands
- Within three working days you will receive an estimated price quotation and a preliminary time schedule
- After acceptance from your side, we will send the final price quotation and the schedule
- We will wait for the final order with detailed specifications
- We start design, development, fabrication, testing, and - finally - production in accordance with the advanced, agreed milestones
- Every milestones is agreed upon by both sides (design, prototypes, small test series etc.)
- Start of serial production, delivery of modules
- All documentation is stored in CAD/CAE format in our data storage
